#1. Standard ketogenic diet.
The standard ketogenic diet is the diet which is very rich in fat i.e (60-75%) and (10-35%) protein and remaining % carbs.That means the amount of carbohydrate must be very less.The main objective of following keto diet is it helps to reduce hunger by which the amount of food intake will be very less which helps in the reduction of weight and stay healthy.it also helps to lower the problem of diabities and insulin.
#2. High protein ketogenetic diet.
The high protein ketogenetic diet is the keto diet in which the supply of protein is very high than the fats and carbohydrates .it contains the range of protein in the top i.e.
. 30-35% cal and
. carbs less than 10%.
it is reported that intake of high protein #keto diet helps to improve the composition of our body.protein includes fish , meat, egg, and so on...intake of protein produce amino acid which helps in the growth of our muscles and bones.
